      An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                                                     
      Certified Real Estate Appraisers.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Harris  MOVED  to report  HB 464  out of  Committee  with                                                             
the accompanying   fiscal  note  and individual  recommendations.                                                               
There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair   Williams  informed   the  committee   that  the  sponsor                                                             
preferred not to amend the bill at this time.
